Experienced specialists passing long-term school of the building marketing work within BauMarketing® company. They worked as marketing, sales and development directors, analysts and researchers of product markets, in companies - producers and sellers of construction materials, where engaged into development of companies and project management in area of real estate. Projects teams are created for each separate project, and represented by different specialists – marketing specialists, analysts, trainers, advertising specialists, designers and others. Our strategic partner in the area of finances and investments (projects of financing attracting) is Avant Consulting Group of companies.
Victoria Pasechnik, General Project Manager
Victoria works in the area of marketing and marketing researches more then 10 years. Her experience include more then 120 research projects executed for more then 40 companies. She is an author of more then 30 articles and 20 speeches on different specialized conferences. She has KNEU magisterial diploma of marketing-management (1998) and MAUP degree of specialist in the area of commercial and labour law (2002).

Alexander Prokhorenko, consultant
More than 12 years of experience in marketing. He made a marketing career from a product-manager to the executive director in large domestic companies. Under his guidance ten of marketings researches is successfully conducted both with bringing in of the specialized contractors and by own forces of companies specialists. Author of publications on a marketing management and branding. He has KNEU magisterial diploma of marketing-management (1998).

He has successfully realized several educational projects in the building companies: TPK, Isobud, Karkas, BlockMaster, Modern-21, Bud Stars, Golden Tile, Azbi, Megacom, etc.
He has a higher pedagogical education (LGIFK, 1980), higher psychological education (T. Shevchenko Kyiv National University, 2006), and a diploma of Business-Trainers School BSCG, 2004.

Anna specializes in the area of corporate finances and investment management. She has more then 7 years experience of work in this area in Ukrainian and international companies. She created and implemented number of successful projects on investment attraction in such areas as construction, food industry and energy saving. She has also the experience of private investors consulting on assets management. On investment attraction she cooperated with the companies: Navigator, Kromberg & Schabert Gmbh & Co. KG., AvtoDon, Menada, Isobilie TM, etc.
She is a certified specialist on IR and international finance markets, studied in London City.
Anna had an internship in USA in the companies: Bank of America , Wachovia, Ever-green Investment Funds, Grant Tornton, Edward Jones, Tobin Solitario Investment banking group and others. She was a Financial Director of ISK Karkas (one of the biggest operators of Ukrainian fast installed buildings market). She worked in Bears concern (leader of the Ukrainian food ingredients market), where she created and evaluated the investment projects, took part in the company’s obligations emission. She was employed also by the international company Exchange Financial Services (brokerage operations) and Granj LTD.
She has MBA diploma on Finance in International Business Institute, diploma on International Economic Affairs in ZNTU and diploma on Small Business Management in NAU After-diploma Education, and also the international certificate of trainee on PRIME program in JCI University.
